The Netherlands’ protection scores increase once adjusted for implementation. Most categories of migrant rights are fully or nearly fully protected, with only some exceptions such as Equal Protection rights. Even with Equal Protection, discrimination is generally prohibited in the Netherlands when it comes to religion, belief, political opinion, race, sex, or any other grounds.
