Nigeria provides migrants complete right protections in categories such as Vulnerable Migrants, Religion, Assembly, Opinion, Equal Protection, and Education, and less complete protections related to Civil and Political Life, Victims of Crime, Life, and Labor, among others. The database also shows a number of categories with implementation significant gaps. After adjusting for implementation, Nigeria’s scores decreased across categories, including Education, Equal Protection, Family, and Liberty....
