Morocco provides more complete protections in categories such as Opinion, Assembly, Religion, Health, and Equal Protection, but less complete protections in Family and Civil and Political Life. As coders shared, in 2013 and 2014, Morocco announced and 'implemented' a new national policy for more humane migration governance, including increased access to housing, health care, and education.
