India’s migrant protections are less complete in categories such as Assembly, Opinion, Equal Protection, and Civil and Political Life. As an example, Article 19 of the Indian Constitution grants freedom of peaceful assembly and association to Indian citizens, but not to foreigners. India, however, scores better when it comes to rights associated with Religion, Vulnerable Immigrants, and Victims of Crime....
