Canada shows great variation, given that some categories such as Freedom of Opinion and Expression, Freedom of Assembly, Religion, and Nationality are fully protected. It is also noteworthy that the Vulnerable Migrants, and Victims of Crime categories in which other countries in the database more consistently get lower scores are more robustly protected in Canada. There are, however, less complete protections when it comes to Health, Education, Life, and Equal...
