Every migrant has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. These rights include freedom to form associations and trade unions in the State of residence. There is near-comprehensive protection of these rights across the 36 case countries. Neither right, however, is protected in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore (0 percent)....
